French style curry:
In a wok fry the following to brown:
2 chopped apples.
1 large or 2 medium chopped onions:
3 cups chicken stock.
3 tablespoons curry powder or paste.
And some of the following to taste:
Fish sauce.
Miso.
Scrimp sambal paste.
Sherry.
Soy sauce.
Xo.
Then thicken slightly with 1 cup of cream and corn flour.
Serve on 1 kg of bakes or barbecue chicken piece.
