a defect would be defined as a lay out of tolerance levels. Therefore, you are assumption that the photos shown in the pictures are out of tolerance. I suspect that you are making an assumption here and therefore I would probably not be making such absolute statements like you just did, if I were you. You risk destroying your credibility if you have any left to start with.
