We know the odd pebble sitting atop a brick can interfere with alignment, and they probably crank up the speed, train new workers etc on their own builds, but would keep a close eye on tolerances. Anything beyond tolerance would be subjected to remedial work, but I doubt that will be necessary. The final house for sale will be sound and pass codes.
