Interesting, this one. Another example of the rules being flouted on a massive scale & ASX/ASIC don't seem to lift a finger. However there is surely another point here. if (as is likely) BCS themselves were aware during those 4 overdue months that such a substantial shareholder had sold out completely without any announcement, should they not have regarded it as market sensitive & announced it themselves to ensure "an informed market"? It beggars belief in current circumstances that BCS aren't keeping an eye on their own register for substantial holders (there ain't that many!). Yet another question for the BCS crew.
