SPI200 Commentary
Follow or Fade!
SPI tested recent lows during the day session but found support during Sycom again. The pattern of a weak day and stronger night continues and highlights the fact that Australia is in a different part of the business cycle to the USA. Banks are continuing to make lower lows while resources look like they may have topped out. XJO did close under the 6000 level so will be interesting to see how it reacts to this level. I think it will have a bit more consilidation around the figure before deciding which way to go next. So look to play ranges again today. For todays trading I am looking to buy dips around 5950 and sell rallies around 5980
