2. Resource shortage = higher prices, but we own our energy source.
3. SA government = just over 3 years to go. Plenty of time
4. FED = sometime 2025. Plenty of time
5. Not all ducks lined up, when you have time you should take it.
Furthermore to 5. This is literally the Achilles heal for NRZ. They have a balancing act between due diligence, cash flow and market sentiment. I still have faith.
