From the emotion on display in the OP, I do not think you're making decisions on rationality alone. Maybe time to give up the game.
The reality is, through a failure to communicate with the market, poor expectations management and tough market conditions, NRZ is gradually positioning itself as a high risk stock in a shaky economy with increasingly expensive debt and slow access finance. The energy of the rebrand has gone and interest from brokers is now next to zero and yet there is still significant dependences on ordinary investors to leverage cash. Anyone who is surprised by the SP is crazy. This project needs better comms and some re-energized market activity or it threatens to become undesirable.
For the above reasons I can fully understand the OPs frustration, though I feel that you've sold into sentiment rather than the position of the business. Finance will (probably) come. News will come. For what has already been achieved here the market cap is undervalued.
