It would seem that the 'Floor/Ceiling' versus 'Market Price' discrepancy will need to be resolved and clarified. There are two documents with conflicting information, and now the video from PLL CEO.
Silent Bubbles has made numerous posts identifying a number of reasons why the 'Ceiling/Floor' agreement is unlikely to be adhered to, and I agree that the conditions surrounding the 'Ceiling Price' agreement do seem to have some 'get out' clauses . I agree that committing to a $900t ceiling price will likely be a discount to the market price for many years to come, and just when SYA will need maximum income for working capital and growth.
The resolution to this matter may not play out for some time yet, and many of the conditions under which the agreement was made, are likely to change before it is resolved.
