I guess what' interesting here in so far as what ASIC , the ASX and others have to distinguish from here is ....and depending on whether any other Australian ' Agencies ' get in volved is that there is obviously a ' Fine Line ' between a legitimate act of short selling the markets ( until it's ultimately banned ), and the line which distinguishes ' Sovereignty ' and a potential act of ' Cyber Security ' on a stock or a stock market.

It will be an interesting discussion going forwards depending on what it is they actually find. But the fact that this J-Capital is base in China ....at least tells you a lot about what they ( the Authorities ) are thinking on this.
