Yeah I agree with you totally.
If AGE owns whatever part of Piedmont North Italy they currently own and they already have there geological surveys to indicate what's in the ground, why did they take a 12 month option to potentially purchase it as opposed to just buying it now so they can do whatever it is they want to do with it now ?
I wonder What is going to change over the next 12 months for them to decide to either exercise the option or not to exercise the right to buy ?
