I think Pie technology has great potential:

* seaching the internet on my blackberry phone when I'm out is very average - too slow and screen too small

* tourists all over the world will want terminals like this to keep in touch with home, news, do banking etc

* other locations to meet demand include workplaces, shopping centres, universities, hotels, resorts, business centes etc.

JT's figures the other day were interesting indicating revenue circa $28K per terminal per annum - multiply that by however many you think they could deploy.

Also Telstra generates squillions in free cash flow - so putting a little of that into Pie that offers a point of difference from other telcos would appear a good thing. We'll soon find out.

With immediate cashflow issues out of the way, Pie looks good to me.
