Umm I don't think anything else is going to be released to the market. The statement
"Execution of formal documentation is expected to be completed within the next 3 business days."

simply means that the contract will be signed. If there had been exclusivty then it would have been mentioned here.

It's all good either way however haveing no exclusivity means pie can still do business with others. So if the TLS deal does not go forward then they still have fall back positions
