Be nice if the person who originally tipped off Pierpont to try and highlight negatives about AVB's management would now do the right thing and alert him to today's good news. I have my suspicions who it was and he is well known to many of us on this thread of course.
Anyway, imo there will be other business/resource media sniffing around AVB from today and keeping a very close watch on this potential good news story.
