Why don't you do a spread bet on the GWS line? Choose a stake say $10 and get paid $10 for every point that GWS gets within the +15 point line, if Pies win by say 5 points you still collect 10 x 10=$100 and also get to enjoy your eye fillets and a good bottle of red. So many options available to supporters of firm favourites to not only heavily ease the pain of a loss but also the possibility of having your cake and eating it too with line bets and spread bets. Also, a big early lead and you can get much better live odds on the other team and better line bets.
