I think it has to be......
It seems to me he is very stubborn in his thinking and will stick with players he deems should be in the side for way too long when their form is ordinary game after game.This must be very frustrating for the other players and demoralising for the guys in the 2s playing well week after week and not getting a shot.
Overplayed his hand with the Grundy Witts experiment losing game after game before the penny dropped.
Im sure Ross Lyon or Clarkson would have got more wins out of the same list.
Problem is Bucks is such an icon at the pies hes probably got another 2 mediocre seasons at the pies b4 they bite the bullet.
