Update: 11 December 2008 2nd Creditors meeting update – date clarification Creditors should note there is an error in the various Reports to Creditors dated 10 December 2008. The reports were issued with a covering letter that stated the 2nd meeting would be held on Friday 17 December 2008. The letter should have read that the meeting will occur on Wednesday 17 December 2008.
The notices advertised in the Courier Mail and included with the report includes the correct date.
