Doesnt sound good.
The last announcement said it was due to be paid by the 19th as "anticipated realisations exceeding $5.95 million are scheduled to occur by 19 December 2008".
So as they are seeking a three month extension, one can only assume that the realisations havent occured and are not likely anytime soon.
One can only think that if the $10.95 million in "fees" werent quite so high this debt may be a little smaller....hmmmmm
