It is also worth remembering that during the JH roadshows, (or at least the one I attended), that many investors commented that they wanted to be able to sell their units privately to other investors, who at the meeting stated that they were prepared to buy the units in an off market deal. This was perfectly capable of being done and JH commented that she would look into facilitating these transactions.

JH did nothing to facilitate this process or assist the Unit Holders who presented themselves as being in desperate need. There was a window of opportunity before the fund was listed to help these people and nothing was done. It would have been no skin off her nose.

Also interesting to note is that WC confirmed in Nov.08 that they paid out $51,427 in redemptions to Unit Holders on the basis of hardship (on medical grounds). This highlights their level of concern for Unit Holders. In the half yearly report just issued they have stated that $74,000 was paid out to Unit Holders on hardship grounds.
