Hello MiaGain, I also noticed a few new smaller bids in the NSX queue. I wonder if the proposal being mooted by the Federal Govt with help from the 'big four' banks re the '$4 billion emergency funding pool to guarantee the flow of credit to big commercial property projects' will be of any help to some of the PIF property projects that have struggled to get extra funding to complete them? The Wollongong project could certainly benefit from the scheme if it was elligible. Cheers, Seamisty
