I’m a little confused, is PIF a foreign bank or have I got it all wrong re the quote from the AFR.
“Access to the fund will only be available to projects such as shopping centres that are already under construction or newly completed, and from which a foreign bank has withdrawn funding. The property must have sound assets and an income stream.”
