Hard to know what happened - The QPT hearing took 2 days according to the Court's daily list and I'm not sure the secondary hearings (proof of debt and claims)got a hearing.
I understand the QPT case is based on insolvent trading and the mysterious conversion of the Fortress Debt from unsecured to a secured position.
As there was no immediate judgement or directions (WC would have Disclosed by now)guess that the Administrators were sent away to more precisely pinpoint any insolvency event. This is only a guess - we will have to wait a judgement - see http://www.sclqld.org.au/qjudgment/ they are usually posted within a few days of delivery.
