I have checked with a friend who did nominate herself (she has a law degree and felt she could contribute) and she has not received the nomination forms. I may be paranoid but I wonder if WC have been selective in who they did NOT send the forms to. Whatever has occurred we will be incurring the cost of a large mailout whereas I would imagine the number of those who did nominate would have been minimal.
Since taking control of the Fund following the vote JH has been completely cavalier in her behaviour towards unitholders. We should be receiving regular updates and JH has gone to ground which makes me think she is being less than honest with regard to the current status of the Fund.
