Every now and then I check the company's careers listing out of interest. The number of jobs listed in the last few weeks has increased dramatically over the last few months. The north american listing is only marginally better than the sth pacific (including aus) with a wide range of positions listed.

To me, this is a very optimistic indicator, why hire people if there is no new work coming up?
