I still think the sp is falling due to selling pressure from an over zealous underwriter. In which case one cannot really link market price to fair company value. Someone has bought all these shares at bargain prices, me included today. When the pressure stops the stock will slowly return to fair value. We just have to hope that is about 8-10c or better, which is where it was in December.
