I went in at 7.2c, and out 6.7c for a loss simply saw two not very harmonized companies ... Dia clearly wanted more shares therefore more say ... ADO, despite its shit performance and nothing else to offer, still wanted to grab last straw hanging on its managementship... lots of commission and in-decision cost have been wasted ... I see ADO at least down to 40mil cap before market will re-assess the combined balance sheet and revenue stream ...
the fact is if ADO sack all ADO staff and let Dia run the business the share price will probably be higher is fascinating!!!
