it has been clear for 6 to 12 months that more funds would be needed to sustain the co until parts are produced and paid for so the only unknown was where would they come from,unfortunately with the soaring $ the aus share market is flat at best so options are limited.as with all contracts the devil is in the detail and management have put some protection in for short selling so that is a win and i think you can see the negotiating was'nt done with one arm tied behind qhl's back,having said that i'm yet to find a +ve post about La Jolla cove so hopefully it won't be a long marriage!!
