Piggy, after your very worthwhile post on the 2/5/09 Ihave been looking out for further input from you re PRR.
Are you able to provide some info on the $12m funding drawdown? Is the amount a loan or will more shares be issued as amounts are drawn down? If shares are to be issued at what price will they be issued?
As a result of the above funding, my understanding is that the company now has sufficient funding to proceed with their next phase to commercialisation. If this is the case, why is Martin Rogers in the US seeking more funds from hedge funds? Also, along the same lines, if they have sufficent funds why is the recently announced SPP necessary? Dilution of shares is always a concern for shareholders.
Any input you (or other posters) can provide would be appreciated.
