Scorp I was a little slow this morning. After having a long swim for over an hour and committments to meet I was very polite this morning. At the moment there is nothing one can add to the position/s held by the company. All research by you and others have been well recieved and most helpful. What else can you or anyone else bring to the table that is new? I am in this company to make money and money alone. It can be short term, medium or even long term. Be progressive in leadership and I will certainly support you in your wishes to be better paid. In fact set up a base pay. 400K isn't real bad for a small organisation. Add to that short term and long term incentitives based on share price and I'm happy. That's how the four pillars and BHP excutives amongst others are paid.
