Graham and his mates are organising to attempt to maximize a payout for PXUPA holders.

Interestingly this action if it gets up sufficient steam is likely to drive PPX towards selling off parts and paying off the bank creditors rather than the scheme of arrangement as proposed. Such an approach would probably be more in the interest of ordinary PPX shareholders in light of PIGS.
