I dont think the directors can buy as they have a takeover proposal , and are sitting on information about asset sales .

The chair is a very experienced director , and I think if anydirector was to buy the boards Corporate governance policy would be broken .

lets see what they suggest shareholders should do with an offer once it is tabled
