It is not orbis that holds the whip hand, it is basically the ords holders in general.
In the end, it is only them, who can change the status quo.
There is no need for liquidation, until they are insolvent, ie when they have exhausted all of the capital inherent in the hybrids, in the hope of a turnaround or deal.
Nothing is lost by the ords in this strategy.
The hybrids on the other hand.....
