Another option might be to ignore PIGS unless PIGS try to take action in which case they mount a strong and sustained refutation. Graham lost credibility in my eyes by arguing on one hand that PPX should keep paying PXUPA divs yet on the other hand that PPX was close to a dead duck. He cannot have it both ways unless he thinks the PPX Board should support the interests of PXUPA holders over PPX share holders.
