    Hi everyone lets look at the so called offer on the table.It totals $117mill made up by 609 mill ords @ 9c = $54.8mill, 2.850 mill hybrid @ $21.85 = $62.2mill.The question is would another offer be made?Or could the company go into receivership and what would be left?
