Of courses the above is a (worst case) administration scenario.
Ideally, we'd realise the value of the business (or parts of the business) on a going concern basis via a trade sale or PE takeover.
Much greater likleyhood of realising book value (and maybe even getting some of the value for intangible assets) via trade sale/takeover.
