"Part of the Company’s business strategy is sourcing
complementary companies or prospects. Consistent with this
strategy, the Company is currently in discussions with a
company which has oil and gas assets in the State of
Georgia. The Company is considering acquiring an interest in
this company or its assets. Discussions are continuing and the
negotiations are incomplete."

Mr Joseph Obeid is the Non-Executive Director of BOE & the Bejjal Super Fund is a sub. holder with Anne Khouri being an associate.
