Agree preempt. Like water trickling downward, people tend to take the easiest course which as you point out brings them back to the last mob who provided quick funding, or was easy to work with.
I do not know if mining circles are any different to other public companies, but I have experienced that it is always wise to be on top of it when dealing with any WA company. Lol.
