This is good, another role in addition to the role in IT with that link posted a few days ago. Certainly signs of the business growing and a methodical approach to expenditure.
Yes these two roles will incur costs however they are directly attributed to revenue generation and software maintenance for end user interface.
It's starting to look the goods, but I still maintain a hold not buy sentiment as the ground is still a little shaky in my opinion.
