Raises a lot of questions that won't be answered by the likes of myself but there's a lot of close connections when you look into the list a bit closer..

ASIC the ASX are no different than the entire public sector and will only go after the systems money they can't do anything except follow procedure due to the regulations in place, they are a complete waste of human resources and may as well be completely run by computer these days, they would be far more beneficial out picking fruit & vegetables than sitting behind a computer telling us what the computer says we all can & can't do.

I have no qualms whatsoever in anyone profiting from any opportunities that present legally or balancing on the thin line between and if you're working a loophole I say drive it home hard for as long as you can and if you do lose money put it down as education expenses towards future successes..
