I am of the opinion that they should raise capital at half a cent. They clearly can't get any interest at 1 cent so why not swallow their pride and raise at whatever price it takes to secure funds?
Sure it will be crap for us existing shareholders but getting a part of our money back is a better option than losing everything.
I don't always agree with Coppa1 but he is right in saying they should have raised on the back of that quarterly.
My major concern is that they are so fixated on having raised at premiums in the past that they wont entertain other options that arent so popular.
get the money whatever it takes and get trading again.
