They must be working on something, that random tweet a couple of weeks back came from out of nowhere and a couple of others have said they heard the same thing. I believe where there is smoke there is fire and they will trade again soon. The interesting thing will be how the market reacts when they do start trading. The spec end of the market is a hot spot for investors at the moment, lets hope it stays thst way when PIL trade again.
