Jalaluddin the facts in the public domain do not require conclusions. Caason was lead applicant in a class action against the Directors and Auditors of a former ASX listed company for misleading and deceptive behaviour that resulted in over $100million in losses.The case was settled in favour of the applicants for $19.25 million providing shareholders with some return on their investment, including ours....!!!
We look forward to shareholders supporting PIL once readmitted. PIL's results over the past 6+ quarters clearly demonstrate its continued growth and performance. Caason has directly invested in PIL, is a top 10 shareholder and is supportive of the company.
