PIL would announce it in a heartbeat if they had any funding secured so im with you calling bs on that.
I'm glad ASX suspended them when they did, 6 months down the track and still suspended because no funding. Clearly there was a problem back then and now its even bigger because they are chewing through money and no funding coming in.
