Agree and looking at this mornings depth some accumulation by existing SH's occurring in small volumes is my guess or perhaps some have decided not to wait any longer and board the ship. Will news drop this week to rerate PIL? it's been just that little bit too quiet and we had an interesting day last week where it hit $0.03 out of the blue with some solid depth at a pip or two below. $0.03 is on the cards today for sure you would expect.
