Obviously you don't believe in the PIL story. That's fine.
Its not insolvent as the notes are only payable next year. In addition, $2.5M was just raised. Further, Clee Capital are behind the stock.
They will raise whatever PIL needs. FYI, they just raised $50M for IOU...
