my opinion is that they have $1mil in bank, and convertible note/debt of $1.5milion and revenue less than $500k in a quarter which in my opinion would make them trading as a going concern. Just like a huge number of companies on ASX granted but a going concern nonetheless. This is not defamation it is a review of their financials

Also if you look at PILs financials at page 9 it SPECIFICALLY says it is trading as a going concern. That is direct from your financials.

so tell me how you think PIL doesn’t register as a potential insolvency risk? Like actually discuss that point - it has more debt than cash to hand, and recognises it trades as a going concern.
