As you would know CRO has hovered at the 21c range and done this regardless of having over 2B shares on the register, more than PIL, which for some reason some investors use this as a negative tool in their commentary. To me this provides for additional liquidity which under certain circumstances is ok.
Consider Cheok's opportunity throughout his career to develop strong ties with Asian governments and what this could mean for PIL. The story gets better the more you delve and research in my opinion.
