I take your comment "the impending confirmation that the electronic money licence has been approved" with a large dose of scepticism. In my experience, decisions about licencing etc. are very much Board matters. The talk may be that the final Memorandum of Understanding may be sympathetic but it only takes a stroppy opinion at the Board meeting to send it back for more work. If you were able to comment on when a proposal was likely to be on the Board agenda that might be a bit more circumspect. Right now Mr.Market has a far more perverse attitude than your "good times are about to roll" hype.
