I thought I would take a look as a refresher at the Company Presentation from Feb 25th.

HERESeriously what is not to love about this penny stock.
We saw IOU move from a 3 cent company to 50c company in less then a year. Actually 3 c to 13c was 6 months, 13c to 80c then retrace back to 50c was a few weeks!What stands out to me is the market size opportunity for PIL - most of the Philippines 108M population is
unbanked (70%) and has
no credit score (90%) - this is PIL's market to capture. The market is large with cash retail payment being around
USD74B per month.
Here is the big number to look at - of the above on
1% is electronic. Yes this might also be a hurdle - however the use of social media apps in the Philippines is huge - so they get digital. Mobile penetration is not a problem, with 118% mobile penetration - so some folk have more then one device (?) - can easily adopt PIL payment apps, this is the most interesting one to me, soon to be launched:
- Bizmopay: FINANCIAL SERVICES bizmoPay to provide alternative non-bank micro enterprise lending & bizmoProtect to provide accessible micro insurance products
So lending, BNPL and insurance for the unbanked moving them to cashless. Then PIL will obtain lenders license for Philippines and we are off.
How much of the 108M and USD74B a month share do we need to be a 400m MC company? We are currently a 40M MC company ...
I say not much revenue, and it is totally doable in the short to medium term.
They currently have around 50k registered agents, moving to 150k as forecast. Could we align that target to of 3 times to 3 times current MC?
Oh, they also have Uber for the Philippines.

- Feb 2020 Agents up 179% YoY to 51k
- Feb 2020 Merchants up 105% to 616

What about numbers, COVID got them a little this year, but previous 2019 growth:
- USD2.8M cash receipts - up 311%
- 1.5M platform transactions - up 286%
- TTV 115M PHP dollars - up 200%
In three years:
- Targeting 1,000,000 app downloads
- 100,000 loans issued
- AUD$30 million of loans disbursed
