The March quarterly report was released 8:30am on 30th April. I’m assuming they will release the June quarterly on Friday, either in the morning or after market closes. If the report shows revenue declining again then I suspect they would need a good announcement like the financial licence approval or BPI integration going live to be announced this week or very early next week so as to sweeten the blow.
As a hypothetical, if it was your business and you had some bad news (drop in revenue again) as well as some very good news, which way would you play it?
Drop the bad news Friday after market closes then the good news first thing Monday morning maybe?
