hes talking about the potential of a sp manipulation and organised dump of shares for either accumulation or to scare out retailers. somewhat of a conspiracy though if you ask me. cant be proven, hence why BBMs claims seem out of left field, although his claims are biased considering how large his holdings are, could be making it all up unless he has concrete evidence
